Like many of you, we’re closely following updates and news surrounding the COVID-19 virus. We are very concerned, and we know many of you are, too.

To proactively address this issue and protect our staff, our clients, and our community, we are implementing a remote work policy as of Monday, March 16th.  Our office main phone at (908) 233-4555 will ring through to our receptionist, and our attorneys are still available by email, phone, and client portal as usual.

In addition, to promote the currently recommended social distancing we are happy to offer new client consultations by phone or Zoom (video call).  Current clients may continue to schedule consultations and meetings by phone or Zoom.

While we work remotely, the high quality of our representation and attention to our clients and their matters won’t change. Our continuity plan means we are well-prepared for remote work and have all the pieces in place to continue our commitment to our clients and their cases.

We are monitoring conditions with the New Jersey Superior Court to move our litigated cases forward.  Currently the Courts are allowing appearances to be made by telephone and are holding hearings for emergent applications.

During this stressful and confusing time, we turn to the Center for Disease Control (CDC) to bring us accurate and up-to-date information. We invite you to review this information as you make your own preparedness plans:  https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/about/index.html

We hope that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy, and we wish everyone well as we navigate this global health challenge together.
